PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Our breadcrumbs are also made exclusively from fresh white bread, which is dried and carefully ground directly after baking. Breadcrumbs are slightly darker than breadcrumbs because we bake the bread with wheat flour type 1050 for this purpose.
Breadcrumbs are particularly suitable:
- For binding minced meat dishes such as meatballs/meatballs and meatloaf.
- For Mediterranean dishes such as olives all’ascolana, arancini, spaghetti al pan grattato
- For vegetarian vegetable patties and fritters
- For gratinating and encrusting vegetables, meat and casseroles
